We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Guest Relations Executives with a minimum of 3 years experience in Hotels or Restaurants.

Engage with guests to understand their preferences, special occasions, and any specific needs.
Collaborate with the hostess to manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guest preferences.
Confirm reservations and communicate special requests to the service team.
Assist in seating arrangements, ensuring guests are placed in preferred areas and managing special requests.
Monitor and manage the dining room ambiance for optimal guest comfort.
Act as a liaison between guests and management, actively seeking feedback and addressing concerns.
Handle guest complaints or unexpected issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Implement effective solutions to resolve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
Record and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain a system for recognizing VIP guests and regular guests.
Ensure personalized and memorable experiences for repeat guests.
Promote restaurant events and special promotions to guests.
Encourage participation and ensure guests are informed about current offerings
Suggest and promote special menu items, wine pairings, or additional services to enhance the dining experience.
Contribute to revenue generation through effective upselling.
Assist in coordinating private events, ensuring all guest requirements are met.
Work with restaurant manager and marketing team to create memorable experiences for guests attending special functions.
