About the role:
As a GRE , you shall be expected to ensure that our customers get the best experience. You will report to the HOD, GM and AGM of the project. The following shall be your responsibilities --
Responsibilities:
o? ??Maintaining strong relations with Amber authorities
o? ??Ensuring a smooth customer experience
o? ??Taking customer feedback & communicating to GM
o? ?Creating training modules for your team
o? ??Selecting & Training the GRE team
o? ??Increasing Social Media Engagement of the company
o? ??Other general activities to push the company forward
We require a female candidate with a strong experience in GRE for premium customers. Strong communication, presentable looks, team management, sincerity & strong work ethic are a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,287.36 per month
