Job description - Guest Relation & Front Desk Executive Overview - l Desired candidates are expected to showcase the luxury residential apartment project to customers, explain the benefits of investment in a premium location, You will go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied with the information provided by you. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you\'ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. Your goal will be to ensure our guests get all the information about the facilities provided by the client. l To provide excellent and consistent levels of customer service to all walk-in customers / guests at Corporate Office. l Answer phone calls, transfer calls, take messages and ensure all other correspondences are done efficiently. l Provide support to all departments heads as and when required for varied office administrative tasks like hotel bookings, Office visits, reservation of conference room etc. l Receiving, checking and submitting all the invoices like pantry, stationery, fuel and others on time and follow up with finance for payment to the vendors as per the agreement. Preferred candidate profile Must have an excellent command over spoken and written English. Should have good interpersonal skills. Must be presentable. Good/excellent experience in handling HNI Clients/Customers. Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges
