Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits or property tours for clients, showcasing key features effectively.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the sales/marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and prompt responses.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a record of client interactions, feedback, and preferences for future reference.
• Assist in organizing client engagement events, open houses, or promotional activities.
• Ensure the reception and waiting areas are presentable and stocked with promotional materials.
Qualifications:Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
• Freshers are welcomed, Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate also can be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluency in multiple languages for effective communication with diverse clients.
• Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional appearance, reflecting the brand image.
Work Conditions:
• Full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• On-site role, requiring travel to properties or project locations as necessary.
