• Warmly greet patients upon their arrival
• Manage guest check-in and check-out process
• Handle and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Provide information about services, facilities, and other amenities
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest service
• Collect feedback from patients and report to the management
• Assist in managing guest records and room bookings
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
