Our mission is to promote health, recovery, and peak performance through the benefits of cold therapy. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at our shop-in-shop location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Engage walk-in customers, explain the benefits and features of our ice bath/cold plunge products, and provide product demonstrations.
- Scheduling and Bookings: Manage and book slots for cold plunge sessions, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Maintenance: Regularly check and ensure that the water and machinery are in optimal working condition.
- Sales Conversion:Convert walk-in customers into potential leads, guiding them towards subscription-based models or direct sales of units.
- Protocol Compliance: Ensure customers follow all safety and procedural protocols for the cold plunge experience.
- Client Preparation: Prepare clients for their cold plunge session, ensuring they understand the process and benefits.
- Social Media Engagement: Create and upload engaging social media content for each cold plunge session to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings; report daily activities to management.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the gym, health, or wellness industry.
- Knowledge:Understanding of cold therapy benefits and the wellness industry is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Customer Service Orientation: High level of commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Organizational Skills:Ability to manage schedules, bookings, and inventory efficiently.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
