Guest Relations Executive (fresher)

Job Description

1. Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, or in-person.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, ensure timely reminders, and minimize no-shows.

3. Patient Registration: Register new patients, update existing patient records, and maintain accurate documentation.

4. Clinic Ambiance: Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and welcoming, adhering to our high standards.

5. Patient Feedback: Collect and document patient feedback, reporting concerns or suggestions to the Clinic Manager.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with dermatologists, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

7. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining patient records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
