Runwal Developers is hiring Guest Relations Executive for our project "The Central Park". The position is based out at the sales office at Pimpri Chinchawad (only those who can travel till Pimpri Chinchwad should apply) Scope of work:

• To ensure profitability and revenue generation through effective leasing of malls via the category assigned.

Role:

• Filling up the walkins form of Clients or Brokers.
• Escorting the clients to the waiting lounge or area.
• Assigning sales personnel accordingly.
• Handling walk-in clients at Project sites in absence of the sales personnel
• Ensure customers are attended on time regarding project details.
• Give them a comment/ feedback form and ask them for their valuable feedback regarding the property.
• Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
• Maintaining customer updates on enquiries made.
• Maintain database and MIS.
• Managing housekeeping.
• Maintaining the stock of pantry, stationery.
• Making arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients.

Education: Minimum graduate Experience: Min 2 yrs handling guest relations

• Must be Fluent in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is added advantage
