POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently looking for dynamic, self motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a guest relations associate you are responsible to provide professional and guest focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to any questions and requests of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction
Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires
Actively listen and resolve guests complaints
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, )
Coordinate and manage communication between guests and colleague.
Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered
Ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
