Job Summary:
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by creating a welcoming environment, addressing guest needs, and resolving any concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role involves interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality service standards in line with the organization's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement:
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere.
Service Excellence:
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or requests.
• Provide information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure guest preferences are documented and met, including dietary restrictions or special occasions.
Conflict Resolution:
• Handle guest complaints and concerns tactfully and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate management personnel for prompt resolution.
Communication & Coordination:
• Liaise with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate guest feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing reservations, including group bookings or special events.
Operational Support:
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist in upselling menu items, beverages, or promotional offers.
• Maintain accurate guest records, including feedback and preferences, in the database.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
