Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Provide detailed information about the property, services, and local attractions.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and guest records with accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback tactfully.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and adapt to a heritage property environment.
