OUR REQUIREMENTS



Min. 02 years prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or hospitality is preferred. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management or related Field. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi,and regional/local language. Pleasant and patient phone manners, with strong listening skills. Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and feedback recording tools. Ability to handle sensitive feedback with discretion and empathy. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Make outbound calls to recent restaurant guests to collect feedback on their dining experience. Document feedback accurately in provided formats (Google Sheets/CRM/feedback tracking tools). Identify and escalate any negative experiences or service concerns to the management team. Share compliments and highlights with relevant team members to encourage morale. Assist in maintaining a database of customer feedback and updating records regularly. Follow calling schedules and maintain professional, courteous communication at all times. Support in preparing weekly summaries or insights based on guest feedback for review.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
