Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Interaction:



Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.

Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.

Address any guest concerns, complaints, or special requests in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain a calm and positive demeanour in stressful situations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Reservations & Seating:



Oversee and manage restaurant reservations, ensuring optimal seating arrangements.

Monitor the reservation system to ensure accurate bookings, cancellations, and special requests are communicated to the team.

Assist in managing walk-in guests and ensuring smooth transitions between waiting and dining.

Guest Feedback & Complaints:



Proactively seek feedback from guests about their dining experience.

Record and report any guest complaints or suggestions to management and ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

Ensure all feedback is addressed constructively to improve guest satisfaction.

VIP & Special Guest Handling:



Identify and provide personalized attention to VIP guests, frequent visitors, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to accommodate any special requests or dietary preferences.

Collaboration with Staff:



Work closely with restaurant management, front-of-house, and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Assist in training new front-of-house staff on guest relations procedures and best practices.

Ambiance & Environment:



Ensure the restaurant's ambiance remains inviting and comfortable for all guests.

Address any issues that could affect the guest experience (e.g., noise, cleanliness, temperature).

Administrative Duties:



Maintain accurate guest records, including preferences and special requests, for future reference.

Assist in the preparation of reports related to guest satisfaction and service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
