Profile Introduction
The Guest Relations Executive will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience at our company. This role involves interacting with guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a personalized, comfortable, and exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to provide a personalized experience.
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded.
• Ensure guests receive all necessary information about their stay, amenities, and services.
• Address guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Work proactively with other departments to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
• Follow up with guests to ensure that concerns have been adequately addressed.
• Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
• Liaise with the Front Office team to coordinate special requests or VIP treatment.
Profile Requirements
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields .
• Freshers can also apply.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and make quick decisions.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
