As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service, personalized interactions, and prompt resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ensure that guests are comfortable and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Address guest queries, special requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Gather feedback from guests and share insights with management to improve operations.
• Assist with promotions, events, and special occasions, ensuring a delightful guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
