As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant\'s offerings
• Assist guests in making reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements
• Ensure prompt and efficient service to meet guest expectations
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the restaurant\'s menu, special promotions, and events
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist in organizing and managing special events or functions
• Collect and record guest feedback to continuously improve services
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding guest interactions
