•Organization: • •The Organisation• •Harley's Fine Baking , is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.•

•Experience: • •Candidates with• •minimum 1+ year • •of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in the retail, F&B, or hospitality industry. Experience in a premium or luxury brand environment is highly desirable.•

•Qualification: • •High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.•

•Maximum Salary: • •Upto INR 25,000/- per month ( as per experience and expertise )• •+ • •Other facilities•

•Job Profile: • •The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a delightful experience for every guest.•

•Responsibilities: •

•1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cakes and other products, ensuring a personalized experience.•

•2. Maintain high standards of service quality, addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.•

•3. Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently, escalating issues to the relevant department when necessary.•

•4. Assist customers with placing orders, including special requests and online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.•

•5. Stay informed about the company's products, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers.•

•6. Gather and document customer feedback to help the company continuously improve its offerings.•

•7. Ensure the store's ambiance is welcoming and aligned with the brand's premium image.•

•8. Work closely with the store manager and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.•

•2. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field•
