2. Information and Assistance:
? Act as a primary point of contact for information regarding hospital services,
facilities, and policies.
? Assist patients and their families in completing necessary paperwork and
forms.
? Provide information about local amenities, transportation, and accommodation
options.
3. Problem Resolution:
? Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
? Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Patient Liaison:
? Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare providers.
? Communicate patient needs and preferences to the appropriate medical and
support staff.
5. Appointment Scheduling:
? Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinate with various departments to
ensure smooth scheduling processes.
6. Visitor Management:
? Implement and manage visitor policies, ensuring compliance with hospital

? Monitor and control visitor access in restricted areas.
