Job Summary: As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing information about our services. Your role involves maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, fostering positive relationships with guests, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Customer Service: Provide personalized service to meet the needs of guests, including arranging transportation, booking reservations, and responding to special requests.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communication: Liaise with other departments to coordinate guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from guests and use it to improve services and enhance the guest experience.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain guest records, manage reservations, and assist in administrative duties as needed.
• Hospitality Standards: Uphold high standards of hospitality and service to create a positive and memorable experience for guests.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
