Job Brief
We are looking for a polite, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to enhance the guest experience and maintain a positive relationship with customers. The ideal candidate should be able to assist guests, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction
• Provide information about the services, facilities, and policies of the establishment
• Maintain guest records and ensure proper communication between departments
• Assist in organizing guest services and events as required
• Ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of service
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Fresher or at least 1 year of experience in guest relations or customer service.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
