• Reservations : Handling reservations for guests
• Inquiries : Answering phone calls and providing information about the restaurant's menu, hours, and promotions
• Customer service : Providing exceptional customer service assistance and addressing visitor questions and needs
• Reception area : Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Administrative duties : Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed, such as taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
