• Greeting guests : Greet guests when they arrive and offer assistance
• Handling inquiries : Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Providing information : Provide information about the hotel and city
• Addressing complaints : Investigate guest challenges and complaints and offer timely resolutions
• Collaborating with other departments : Work with relevant hotel departments to address guest issues
• Collecting feedback : Collect guest feedback forms
• Room allocation : Allocate rooms to arriving guests after checking their preferences
• Pre-registration : Complete pre-registration formalities for VIP guests
