Job Description

1, Familiarize with all guest details that arrivals / Stay Back and departure for the day.

2. Meet all stay back guests while they join for breakfast - Understand any concerns or expectation that to coordinate with other departments. Act on the findings that to complete by meeting guest expectations.

3. Preform the arrival guest orientation as defined, that to meet guest wow factor.

4. Make sure GRC is completed promptly, collecting all details from guest with necessary supporting

5. Complete form-C and form-B for all international travelers with necessary supporting documents.

6. Coordinate with front office GSA for generating the amenity vouchers and follow up to confirm the same is delivered on time.

7. Meet every guest once in a day that to maintain the guest relation. Fill the GRE Checklist that to confirm all In-house guest have met by GRE.

8. Do post arrival calls after 15 minutes once guest is checked in. Confirm guest is fine with everything, coordinate and arrange in case any requirements from guest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
