This is an on-site role, and the candidate will be required to work in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in process. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution on the spot. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests. Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional requirements. Assist in organizing special events, amenities, or arrangements for VIP guests. Keep accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences to facilitate personalized service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in guest relations to continuously improve service standards and guest experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
