Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Guest Relation Executive to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their stay is comfortable, memorable, and seamless. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong passion for hospitality. This position requires a female candidate who is confident, attentive, and able to maintain the highest standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensure that guests' needs and expectations are met throughout their stay, providing a personalized experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in the check-in/check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guests with information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a detailed record of guest preferences and feedback to improve personalized service.
• Handle special guest requests, such as arranging transportation, excursions, or dining reservations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance their experience.
• Conduct guest surveys or feedback sessions to assess and improve service quality.
• Manage VIP and repeat guest relations to ensure loyalty and return visits.
• Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, reflecting the values of Sukhmantra Resort.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office roles in the hospitality industry.
• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is a must (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Knowledge of resort operations and local attractions is a plus.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred but not required.

Pay: ?10,216.45 - ?17,961.11 per month
