We required Guest Relation Executive (Floor Coordinator) for Pahlajanis Women's Hospital, Raipur.

Requirement : 3 Nos.



• Meet with visiting or admitted Guests regularly, enquire about their problems / complaints and insure their care. Redress the grievances / complaints received in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collect feedback in prescribed feedback forms from all visiting or admitted Guests on daily basis and collate the feedback received into an MIS to be shared with the management on a daily basis.
• Meet with Guests who are scheduled for discharge and record their feedback.
• Promoting all amenities, conveniences and programs offered by establishment.
• Making every experience amazing and a love for the service delivery.
• Social media awareness and keeping guests informed about our services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
