Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Executive to join our casino team. You will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a memorable experience, handling inquiries, managing VIP guests, and resolving any complaints promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide assistance with inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Manage VIP guests and organize special services.
• Support casino events and promotions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
