Summary
• You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• You will be responsible in taking care of our Guests and making their stay a comfortable one.
• You will be responsible for timely interaction with the guests
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 years work experience as Guest Relations Associate/Attendant - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
• Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
