JOB DESCRIPTION

1] As a Guest Hostess at Restaurant, she is the first point of

contact for the guests and play a vital role in ensuring a

welcoming, efficient, and memorable dining experience.

2] She has to manage reservations, coordinate seating, and

communicate guest needs to staff, contributing significantly to

the smooth operation of our restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1] Handle phone calls & maintain a waitlist during peak hours.

2] Welcoming guests at Restaurant

3] Escort customers to assigned dining areas

4] Adjust seating arrangements based on guest preferences &

theri special needs

5] Provide menus & inform about specials or menu changes.

6] Coordinate with kitchen staffs to ensure timely food service.

7] Monitor & manage the flow of guests to optimize seating

capacity and dining experience

8] Handle initial guest concerns and inform the manager of any

major issues or complaints.

9] Greet customers upon their departure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
