We aim to help boost peoples\xe2\x80\x99 overall quality of life and provide even higher value to our customers.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Assist Kotak Bank teams to install and/or upgrade Guardicore agents on the workloads/servers.Identifying data sources and assigning labelsFine tuning of policies and configurationCreating exceptions to Enforcement policies as requiredCreating custom visual flow maps based on time duration mentioned by Kotak BankCreating additional label hierarchy based on the inputs from Kotak Bank supportsegmentation use casesCreating additional policies as per Kotak Bank requirement depending on Guardicore capabilitiesMonitoring incidents and notifying the Kotak Bank IT teams based on the incident severitySchedule backups of the deployed Guardicore solutionHealth monitoring and reportingSupport Low severity / Service Request ticketsMaintenance of the deployed Guardicore Centra solution/Agents and sharing compliance report of Weekly basis.Troubleshooting issue\xe2\x80\x99s related to Guardicore agent and Co-ordinate with Guardicore support for early closure of open issues or tickets.Creating dashboards as supported by Guardicore product and features.Upgradation of Guardicore infra aggregators.Manual installation of Guardicore agent in case of failure.Configuration of any additional Guardicore modules other than Reveal and Enforcement.
