Job Profile :- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met.- Convert enquiry calls received at the Front Office.- Brief the services offered by the Company to Enquiry clients over the phone and invite them to office for a face-to face discussion on services, Terms & Conditions, Rates and Public Holidays List.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for enquiries, Registered Clients and list of Active patients and communicate any changes to the care team as necessary .- Arrange for skilled visits, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy sessions and Doctors\' consultations against enquiries and make entries of the visits in Scheduling and Accounting software.- Collect payment for Initial Assessment of patient.- Coordinate with the Quality Team and Operations team for the conduct of Initial Assessment of the patient at home.- Prepare the Client Services Agreement and get it signed by the Client Representative and the Branch Manager and file it in the individual patient file.- Ensure that any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their home healthcare services are resolved.- Monitor client satisfaction by checking client emails and Google reviews regularly and take proactive steps to improve the overall client experience.- Work closely with the care team and visit clients to ensure that clients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs- Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.- On Care Closure, ensure all dues are cleared and update the same in the Care closure form and intimate the Operations team to make corresponding entries in the scheduling software.
