You will lead business development, solutioning, contracting and supervise value delivery to the clients in their BPO needs. This will need you to have a network with Industry leaders and client officials (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, CSCOs, Head of Shared Services) to open conversations and an eye to identify business needs and uncover business opportunities for IBM. You will also need to have an understanding of all the focus Back Office Operations (F&A, HR, Supply Chain, and other industry opportunities) and the leading trends therein to be able to develop thought leadership and exhibit proficiency in identifying, qualifying and/or closing large/complex outsourcing opportunities. You will act as a Client Solution Executive (CSE) in bringing the best solution components across IBM to stitch a seamless high quality solution which meets the clients commercial expectations. You will have a seamless blend of understanding the business processes, technical know-how, awareness of technology ecosystem players, communication and consulting skills. This is a challenging role as focus will be on growing India to India BPO business. The ideal candidate will be integral to IBMs growth in the BPO space in India.
