Job Description
: GST Head
Location : Park Street, Kolkata
Industry : Manufacturing
Experience : 5 to 7 years
Salary : Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all GST-related compliance, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and tax audits.
• Analyze GST implications on company operations and provide recommendations to optimize tax planning.
• Handle GST registrations, amendments, and cancellations as needed.
• Liaise with tax authorities for assessments, audits, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all GST-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with the latest GST laws, rules, and notifications.
• Train and support internal teams on GST processes and compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; additional qualifications CA will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in handling GST compliance in a manufacturing setup.
• Proficiency in accounting software and GST filing tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
