Location \xe2\x80\x93 Head Office GST, Accounting of Salary, TDS, and preparation of schedules required for Balance sheet Role and responsibilities/ Job Details: GST Activity - o Preparation and compiling of information required for monthly GST returns \xe2\x80\x93 GSTR1, GSTR 3B, Annual Return GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C o Co-ordination with site accounts team for required details of above returns o Co-ordination with consultant with respect to GST returns o Monthly reconciliation of ITC as per books and GST 2B, co-ordination with concern sites for this reconciliation o Compiling information for annual returns o As and when required, preparing, and providing information which may be required for submission with GST department against received notices. o Filling of electronic cash ledger balance refund applications o Preparing and filling of ITC balance refund application. Accounting of Salary \xe2\x80\x93 o Appropriate accounting of salary and wages on monthly basis. o Preparing information with respect to deductions of PF, ESIC and its payment as required for audit. o Co-ordination with auditors for query relating to salary and related statutory payments Compilation, payment, and accounting of TDS \xe2\x80\x93 o Extracting information form ERP on monthly basis for payment of monthly TDS o Checking data with ledger balances and if required updating the data. o On or before of due date, preparing TDS challans based on the final monthly TDS data and follow up for the paid challans. o Compiling data for quarterly return, updating information of vendors in the portal for quarterly returns and filling of quarterly returns. Preparation of schedules required for Balance sheet \xe2\x80\x93 o Based on the audit program preparing and submitting schedules pertaining to general legers as required for audit. o Preparing schedules relating to tax audit o Attending audit quarry relating to these schedules Personnal/ behavioral and social requirements: Ability to motivate staff and maintain good relations. Results-oriented Self-motivated, and proactive approach to work Hand On M S Excel, with Power Points and MS World Professional / Educational requirements: Commerce Graduate with added qualification of MBA Minimum work experience in industry of 3 years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
