Com/ MBASalary: 4 to 8 LPAJob Location- Bodakdev AhmedabadOffice Time: 10:00 am to 06:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)Job Responsibilities:GST Return Filing with Reconciliation:GSTR1 match with E-invoice and E-way bill reconciliationReconcile Debit Notes and Credit NotesGST ITC reconciliation with GSTR 2BPosting entries for GST Post Review (of those not matched with GSTR 2B)Finalize GSTR3B sheet for AuditorSolve Observation made by the GST Auditor to finalize GST ITCPost Set off Entries of GST3B fillingProvide necessary documents/information for GST RS 9CPrepare the SGST Subsidy sheet at a reasonable intervalTDS Payment and TDS Return after Review of all Companies:Checking TDS entries with Ledger ScrutinyFollow up with the Accountant in relation to TDS compliancePrepare the TDS return sheet and submit to the Internal Auditor for FillingMake sure of TDS returns timely along with scrutinizing the ledger of duties and taxesTrack unclaimed challan after TDS return filing.Download for 164 at every quarterTo resolve TDS Default if any.Monthly Review Accounts of all companies at MonthlyTo oversee Ledger ScrutinyMatch internal accounts at reasonable intervals (monthly/half yearly/yearly)To look into Long O/s CreditorsTo follow SOP as decided by the CFO and MD to overcome litigation of accountancy.To make changes and recommend SOP to Management as and when required.Visit the Plant as and when required.To post entries in the tally for monthly closure and provisionSupportive actions:Involved in income tax /GST Departmental Audit/noticesInstruct and follow up at the Plant for noticesTo oversee the proper filling of records at plantIf interested, Please share your updated resume with details of your present salary, expectations & notice period on
