Summary The GSI Academy Class Program Project Manager leads the design and elaboration of the technical classesxc2xb4 content in close cooperation with GSI subject experts & coordinates the trainingsxc2xb4 journey on time and within budget to ensure a successful resources and competenciesxc2xb4 ramp-up. The role reports to the Executive GSI Academy Leader.Context:Grid Systems Integration (GSI) is a high-growth business that delivers project solutions to enable large scale electrification and support customer needs. A key initiative to ensure the success of the GSI business ramp-up is the GSI academy dedicated to the development of GSI specific technical competencies which are required to support our growth and long-term strategy. summary:The GSI Academy Class Program Project Manager leads the design and elaboration of the technical classesxc2xb4 content in close cooperation with GSI subject experts & coordinates the trainingsxc2xb4 journey on time and within budget to ensure a successful resources and competenciesxc2xb4 ramp-up. The role reports to the Executive GSI Academy Leader.Detailed :Main responsibilities:The Class Program Project Manager works closely with the subject experts (design training leaders), trainers and external educational partners.Specifically, for the technical classes under their responsibilities, they will:

• identify existing critical resources and competenciesxc2xb4 gap versus business needs in collaboration with GSI leadership.
• Develop and implement training content (curriculum) together with subject experts (design training leaders) as well as with educational designers (external companies)
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance and IP safety of training content.
• Organize the traineexe2x80x99s selection with the different leaders.
• Manage classesxc2xb4 planning, roll-out with the support of coordinator & external company and assessment (certification)
• Ensure the class performance in terms of quality (traineesxc2xb4 certification & satisfaction versus program content), cost (respect of the budget) and timing
• Leverage virtual platform and technology solutions to deliver in remote and hybrid work environments.

Qualifications:

• Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferably in Engineering/Project Management, 5-8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
• Project management experience as project manager or in the other functions of EPC organization as Engineering, construction xe2x80xa6
• Very good communication, listening skills and used to manage multi-cultural workshops, users experience feedback.
• Passion to develop people.
• Innovation to be able to propose breakthrough solution that will make the difference for the trainee experience for hybrid & remote classes.

The plus will be:

• Experience in Turnkey Substation (AC or DC) with a minimum technical knowledge
• Learning know-how such as past training design / training experience
