We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused GSA Front Office professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Greet guests warmly and provide a seamless check-in and check-out process
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests
Handle guest accounts and process payments accurately
Promote hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for upselling
Maintain high standards of customer service at the front desk
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage day-to-day front office operations
Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all times
Stay informed about local attractions and events to assist guests with recommendations
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in multi-tasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to exceed guest expectations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus)
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage if needed
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
