Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth and Strategy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the company's strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, business acumen, and creativity to help propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and business models.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
• Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of growth and strategy analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
