JOB SUMMARY As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will assist in building Disney+ Hotstar\'s subscription strategy on the back of data analysis, reporting, competition research, and collaboration with various stakeholders in the organization. The focus will be on delivering data and insights enabling cross-functional teams to create a world-class experience for subscribers. ABOUT THE TEAM The Growth Strategy is responsible for developing the overall subscription strategy for D+H. The team is also responsible for planning and forecasting the subscription base. REPORTNG TO : Growth Strategy Lead YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting: Taking ownership of tracking key metrics creating reports with the assistance of analytics to: ensure the needle is moving in the right direction regularly report the key metrics for the larger organization, leadership Competition Research: Conduct secondary research for new initiatives that are being experimented and to contribute ideas on initiatives to undertake Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and analytics teams to acquire necessary data for robust analysis Analysis: Perform data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing business requests Communication: Communicate insights to the key stakeholders External Data Research SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent presentation and writing skills Strong communication skills Someone who is detail- and process-oriented PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE An MBA graduate with 2-3 years of experience or an Engineer with 4+ years of experience as a business analyst ABOUT US Disney+ Hotstar is India\'s leading streaming platform that has changed the way Indians watch their entertainment - from their favourite TV shows and movies to sporting extravaganzas.
