We seek a highly skilled Growth Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads through PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Your data-driven approach and deep understanding of pipeline growth metrics will be critical in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, focusing on B2B lead generation.
  • Demand Generation: Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and other reporting platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
  • Pipeline Growth: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and ensure they contribute effectively to pipeline growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns with a focus on B2B.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CallRail, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience in demand generation and pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
