1. Focus on all channels to achieve distribution, display & Merchandising
objectives.
2. Explore opportunities of opening new accounts in the market.
3. Achieve brand wise and SKU wise primary and secondary sales objectives as
per the agreed targets and within timelines.
4. Break secondary sales targets outlet wise, distributor wise daily, weekly and
monthly for execution and sales efficiency and to monitor the same daily.
5. Explain and sell the monthly promotions to all distributors and inform them
clearly, of the objectives and benefits of the same.
6. Ensure the agreed coverage plan is adhered to, while running the unit.
7. Ensure the daily market working report is submitted by day end, to the AGM
along with market feedback
1. Review the daily sales progress and the weekly performance of the distributor
salesmen, with the respective AGM.
2. Attend the allocated On route training programmes and the review meetings to
upgrade self in knowledge, skills and performance.
3. Maintain and develop good business relationship with distributor network and
retail accounts.
4. Maintain all the requisite data and information regarding own territory and ensure
it is regularly updated.
