About This Position: Title: Growth Marketing Manager Purpose: Take full ownership of our marketing efforts, starting with online advertising to ensure immediate ROI, and growing into a comprehensive marketing role. We\'re Looking For Someone With:

• A proven track record in online advertising, with demonstrated success in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable navigating marketing data to unearth insights.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Essential copywriting skills and aesthetics of assessing video content.
• A deep passion for making a difference in people\'s lives, motivated by the success stories of the lives we\'ve transformed.
• At least 7 years in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• First 90 Days:
• Manage and optimize online ad campaigns to drive immediate results and ROI.
• Track and report on ROI, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
• Growth Potential Tasks:
• Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Leverage marketing automation tools and data analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Lead and coordinate with diverse teams to produce impactful content.
• Research and integrate AI tools to enhance and personalize digital outreach.
• Maximize ROI through strategic and cost-effective budgeting.
• Ensure content consistency, reflecting our brand\'s mission and values.
• Engage in basic copywriting and social media posting to captivate our audience.

Job Scorecard: Focus on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate. Quarterly goals will be set and evaluated. Reporting & Team Management:

• Directly report to the founder.
• Opportunity to recruit full-time, part-time, or freelance team members as needed.

• Fully remote work. Periodic in-person meetings may occur.
• No specific time-zone or regional requirements if remote.
