To know more visit: www.selectbrands.in We are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing strategies, with a focus on performance marketing, brand development, retention rate management, brand collaborations, media buying, SEO management, and brand management across various channels. This role will play a crucial part in increasing website traffic, social media engagement, community growth, and boosting affiliate and referral revenue. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Management: Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Continuously analyze and assess campaign performance to drive improvements and ROI. Brand Development and Engagement: Craft and execute strategies for brand development on social media and other community platforms. Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Retention Rate Management and Marketing: Implement retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns to minimize churn. Brand Collaborations, Affiliate Marketing, and Referral Marketing: Establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant brands to expand our reach and customer base. Manage and grow the affiliate and referral marketing programs to boost revenue. Media Buying and ATL/BTL Marketing: Oversee media buying strategies for both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts. Coordinate various marketing channels to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach. SEO Management and Organic Traffic: Lead SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and search engine visibility. Implement best practices to enhance website rankings and traffic. Brand Management on Print Media: Manage and oversee brand presence in print media, ensuring a consistent and positive image. Skill Set: 3+ years\' experience in growth marketing Excellent technical & analytical skills. Strong Leadership skills Ability to demonstrate Emotional Intelligence at work Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring Extremely detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines Good hands-on experience in excel
