As a Growth Marketer at MBS Digital Marketing Agency, you\'ll be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. - Developing and implementing data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rate, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Analyzing campaign performance and leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Implementing marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns to streamline lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to improve website usability, landing page effectiveness, and overall conversion metrics.
- Collaborating with content creators to develop engaging and conversion-focused content that drives traffic and engagement across digital channels.
- Working closely with UX/UI designers to enhance website and app user experience, optimizing conversion paths and reducing friction points.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
