Job Description

Department: Marketing We seek a passionate and data-driven Growth Marketer to join our team and help us drive rapid growth for our business. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to help us acquire new customers, increase customer engagement, and boost revenue. You will use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities, measure results, and optimise our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and organics using data analytics tools.
• Experiment with new marketing ideas and strategies to optimise performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google console, Yoast etc.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 282,679.46 - 542,316.08 per year Benefits:
