Collaborate with Sales, Retail Finance, network and marketing teams to ensure sustained growth for all the dealerships in the cities
Manage and optimize sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and performance metrics.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, business partners, and customers to foster partnerships and business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in last mile mobility, and leverage insights to guide strategic decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of dealer sales professionals, setting clear goals and managing the overall growth for the dealership
Oversee promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
Monitor and report on sales performance data, providing accurate forecasts and adjustments to strategies as necessary.
