: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Growth Hacker to join Mactriq.com. The ideal candidate will develop and execute growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. This role requires a mix of marketing expertise, technical acumen, and creative thinking to identify growth opportunities and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize innovative growth strategies across digital channels.
• Analyze user data, campaign performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Lead A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify and execute growth initiatives.
• Create viral growth strategies and build referral programs.
• Use SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies for business expansion.
• Track and report on KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Engage in user feedback and competitor analysis for strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; additional certifications in Growth Hacking are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition channels and conversion funnels.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, A/B testing platforms).
