Roles & Responsibilities

The Growth Associate - Strategy & New Initiatives will be a part of the Growth & New initiatives team and will work alongside other APMs, Developers and Data analysts to achievesuccess in key business projects.

As a Growth Associate - Strategy & New Initiatives, here is what you'll do:

1. Project evaluation: Defining scope and success criteria of a project, discussion with all

stakeholders and inculcating their inputs.

2. Project planning & execution: Prioritizing key actions and executing in an agile

fashion. Leveraging the team in the right manner to boost speed of execution.

3. Creative experimentation: Conducting creative experiments and obtaining quick

learnings. Trying new things & learning from failures.

4. Data centric decision making: Analyzing the results with statistical tools to see what

worked. Building upon these insights to scale the action further.

5. Monitoring key metrics: Daily monitoring & RCA of performance indicators for ongoing projects, identifying gaps/trenches and taking necessary steps to mitigate issues.

6. Reporting of project progress: Creating & maintaining documentation & presentations for management meetings. Implementing management suggestions into the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,072,040.38 - ?1,660,332.08 per year
