Binance is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic P2P Growth and Operations Analyst to support the growth and optimization of our peer-to-peer (P2P) trading platform. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing platform data and user behavior, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and supporting the development and implementation of strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and trading volume. Responsibilities: Conduct data-driven analysis of platform performance, user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, insights, and growth opportunities for our P2P trading platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to support data-driven decision-making and develop targeted growth strategies and campaigns. Assist in the implementation of growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, partnership activities, community engagement, and operational improvements such as merchant management. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to track, measure, and report on the impact and effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns. Support the optimization of P2P platform operations, working closely with customer support and KYC/AML teams to ensure efficient risk management, compliance, and user satisfaction. Stay abreast of best practices, industry trends, and competitor activities within the P2P and cryptocurrency markets. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within P2P platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or related industries. Strong understanding of P2P trading, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology and Indian payment methods. Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data visualization, analytics tools, and platforms like Excel. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner. Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
