Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for counselling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.- Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate\'s profile.- Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,- Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.- Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.- Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT.- Customer Satisfaction through assessing client feedback.
